RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from TRULYLENA are eligible for store credit / exchange within 7 days after delivery. ALL SALES ITEMA ARE FINAL SALE!
CONDITIONS:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.
RETURNS:
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process once we receive it, Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at trulylena.customercare@gmail.com
- You must contact trulylena.customercare@gmail.com within 24 hours after items are received.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
